ISPRS seeks Social Media Manager

The International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS: www.isprs.org) is a non-governmental organization devoted to the development of international cooperation for the advancement of the photogrammetry, remote sensing and spatial information sciences and their applications. Its activities include managing events of various sizes such as conferences, symposia, and workshops, publishing journals, and encouraging research in the geospatial sciences. As a result, its success hinges on communicating effectively with a community of students as well as post-docs, early-career researchers, and established professionals in academia, government and the private sector, who are heavy users of information technology and use social media continually.

IJGI 2023 Young Investigator Award

Nomination deadline: 30 September 2023
Dear Colleagues,
The nomination deadline for the IJGI 2023 Young Investigator Award is extended. Entries will be accepted until September 30th 2023. We are looking forward to nominations from all over the world.
We are pleased to announce that ISPRS International Journal of Geo-Information (IJGI) is now inviting nominations for the IJGI 2023 Young Investigator Award. This prize will be given to one young investigator in recognition of their excellence in the field of geo-information. All nominations will be assessed by an Award Evaluation Committee led by the Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Kainz.

2023 International Summer School on Smart Cities

The 2023 International summer school will be jointly organized by ISPRS SC, ISPRSTCV, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA), and the Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium (BRAUIC), mainly focusing on the methods and technologies on Smart City.
It will be held in BUCEA, July 3-9, 2023, which is located in Daxing District, Beijing, China.
The extended deadline for ISPRS SC members is on 16th June 2023
