WG III/9 Geospatial Environment and Health Analytics
ISPRS Working Group III/9 is excited to announce its upcoming webinar scheduled for 12th February 2024, focusing on "Environmental & Health Concerns: Geospatial Technology Solutions."
We will have two presentations during this webinar and will be moderated by Dr Muralikrishna Iyyanki, Chairman ISPRS WG III/9. The details of the speakers are as follows:
1. Title: Tackling Global Warming, Air Pollution, and Urban Greening through an Equity Lens by Prof John Wilson. He is a Professor at the University of Southern California [USC] and the Founding Director of the Spatial Sciences Institute USC.
2. TItle: Spatial and Temporal Analysis of SARS-CoV-2C Concentration in Municipal Wastewater in The Netherlands by Dr Sherif Amer. He is a senior scholarly lecturer at the Faculty of Geo-Information Science at the University of Twente, The Netherlands.
